Your photos and PDFs

Merging happens entirely in your browser, or in the app on your phone. Your files are not uploaded, copied or looked at by anyone. When you close the page or the app, the pile is gone.

The finished PDF is saved or shared by your own device, with the apps you choose.

What is kept on your device

Only what Bundel needs to work the way you left it:

• your choice of language;
• on the website, a copy of the page itself, so that it also works without a connection.

Camera and files

Bundel asks for the camera only when you press "Take a photo". Photos and files from your library or from Files are handed over through your phone’s own picker, which needs no permission.

Cookies, servers and other companies

There are no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no error reporting, no social-media button, and no font or script loaded from another company.

The website is served by Everbright. Its web server writes one technical line per request: the time, the page asked for, the answer, the size and the name of the browser. That line does not contain your IP address and is not shared with anyone. The network in front of the server may keep ordinary technical logs for security.

Making a link (optional)

Only if you press "Make a link" does the finished PDF leave your device. It is then sent to a share service run by Everbright, kept there for at most seven days, and deleted. You can delete it earlier from the same screen.

• Anyone who has the link can open the PDF. Treat it like a key and send it only to people who should see the document.
• To count how many links one person makes, the service notes your network address next to each link. It is deleted together with the link, after seven days at most.
• We do not read or use shared documents, except to remove illegal content as described in the terms of use.

Children

Bundel is made to be used by children, parents and teachers. There is no account to create and nothing about a child is collected.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask which personal data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Bundel collects none, apart from what is described above and removes by itself, so there is normally nothing to hand over. You can still ask, through the contact below.
