Terms of use

What Bundel is

Bundel is free and needs no account. Merging happens on your device. We do not see what you merge and cannot check it, so what you put in it, and what you do with the result, is your responsibility.

What you may not do

Use Bundel only for lawful purposes. In particular, do not use it to create, store or send:

• anything that is illegal in Belgium or where you live;
• any sexual image of a minor, in any form. This is a serious crime and will be reported to the authorities;
• nude or sexually explicit images of anyone, or intimate images of a person who did not agree to them;
• photos or documents of other people (identity cards, medical or school records, private pictures) without their permission;
• content that threatens, harasses or discriminates against people, or incites violence;
• material you have no right to copy or distribute, such as someone else’s protected work;
• viruses, malware or files meant to harm a device.

Share links

The same rules apply, more strictly, to anything you share by link: a link puts a copy of your document on our service, where anyone who has the link can open it. If you are young, ask a parent or a teacher before you make one.

• A link works for at most seven days, after which the document is deleted. Do not rely on a link as your only copy.
• Do not use links to distribute material to the public, to send unwanted or bulk messages, or to hide files. Do not upload automatically or in bulk, and do not try to get around the limits on size and number.
• By making a link you allow us to store the document and hand it to whoever has the link, for that purpose only.
• We may remove any shared document, or switch off a link or the service, at any time and without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms or the law, or if an authority or an affected person asks us to. We may report illegal content to the authorities and give them what we hold: the document and the network address stored with it.

Your files

Your photos and PDFs stay yours. Bundel claims no right over them or over the PDF it produces. Keep your originals: Bundel does not keep a copy.

No warranty

Bundel is provided "as is", free of charge. A very large file can exceed what your device’s memory can handle. Check the result before you rely on it or send it. We do not promise that Bundel will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, EBS CONSULTING GROUP BV is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of Bundel, including lost files. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, for instance for intent or fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies and the courts of Belgium have jurisdiction, without taking away the rights a consumer has under the law of the country where they live.

Changes

We may change these terms. The current version, with its date, is always on this page. If you keep using Bundel after a change, the new terms apply.
